Lead Practice Nurse

Job summary

Otford Medical Practice is looking to recruit an experienced practice nurse to lead our friendly nursing team. You will work across 2 sites, at our main surgery in Otford and our branch surgery in Kemsing.

We are able to offer flexible working and are offering 32+ hours a week. Salary is dependent on experience.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for a passionate and motivated practice nurse who has experience in chronic disease management, cervical screening, immunisations, wound care and general treatment room duties. You will have excellent management, communication and IT skills along with a friendly manner and positive attitude.

Overview of the organisation

We are a supportive, forward thinking 7 GP partner practice providing care to a growing list of 11,400 patients. Our clinical team also includes 3 nurses, an HCA and clinical pharmacist. We are a member of Sevenoaks PCN.
