We are committed to providing good medical care to our patients and welcome any compliments, comments, concerns or complaints about our service. We would encourage patients to put these in writing and address them to Samantha-Jane Brooker, the Practice Manager or to the relevant Doctor if you deem that more appropriate. For more information please ask for a copy of our leaflet ” Listening, Responding, Improving ” which is available at Reception or in our waiting area.
We have a Practice Based Complaints Procedure, copies of which are available on request.
