In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Sevenoaks Phlebotomy Service is now strictly BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
Please call the Surgery on 01959 523929 to book a timed appointment for your blood test. You will require your NHS No. for the appointment, as paper blood test forms are no longer issued.
PLEASE NOTE: A maximum of two patients will be allowed in the Phlebotomy waiting area, supporting the current social distancing guidelines.
