The administration of the Practice is supervised by our Practice Manager. We're currently in the process of recruiting a new Practice Manager, however Mrs Julia Gillat-Smith will be covering in the interim. She is available to help you with any administrative or non-medical aspects of your health treatment. She is also happy to discuss with you any complaints, comments or suggestions that you may have. If you're unable to make contact with Julia, please contact one of the Practice Partners directly.
Our receptionists are fully trained and will do their best to help you. They do however have a difficult and sometimes stressful job to do and we ask all our patients to treat them with respect.
If the receptionists ask questions when dealing with your enquiry this is in order to inform the doctor and assist with your medical care. Please be assured that the rules of confidentiality apply equally to all Practice Staff, Nurses and Doctors.
As the receptionists have to abide by the rules of confidentiality they are unable to disclose information to third parties concerning appointments, treatment, pathology results etc.
