Practice Manager

The administration of the Practice is supervised by our Practice Manager, Samantha- Jane Brooker. She is available to help you with any administrative or non-medical aspects of your health treatment. She is also happy to discuss with you any comments, suggestions or complaints that you may have.

Office Manager

Anna Westley is the Office Manager who in the absence of the Practice Manager is available to help you with any administrative or non-medical aspects of your health treatment. 

Secretaries & Administrators

If you need to enquire about a referral or any other administration matter related to your healthcare the secretaries & administrators are there to help you. They also manage recall systems for Cervical Cytology and supports the Clinical Team in ensuring patients are monitored for disease reviews such as Asthma and Diabetes. 

Care Navigator

Leesa Treagold is our care navigator, she is here to assist you getting the right help from the right place. She can also signpost you to the best member of the practice healthcare team to deal with medical issues and help connect you with the most appropriate service. Care navigators will not offer any clinical advice, all medical concerns will be referred on to the practice healthcare team

Receptionists 

Our receptionists are fully trained and will do their best to help you. They do however have a difficult and sometimes stressful job to do and we ask all our patients to treat them with respect. If you have any reception queries then the Reception Manager Julie Huggett will be happy to help.

If the receptionists ask questions when dealing with your enquiry this is in order to inform the doctor and assist with your medical care. Please be assured that the rules of confidentiality apply equally to all Practice Staff, Nurses and Doctors.

As the receptionists have to abide by the rules of confidentiality they are unable to disclose information to third parties concerning appointments, treatment, pathology results etc.
