Test result delays
We apologise for any delays patients may experience in receiving test results recently. Due to a problem with the IT systems used by the hospital there have been issues in receiving test results from pathology in the normal way.
These IT issues have caused significant difficulties and additional work for your GP practice as they had to undertake additional work to help resolve this.
Please be assured that urgent test results are prioritised in the usual way.
We apologise for any inconvenience or concern this may have caused.
