Zero Tolerance

We are committed to protecting the staff and doctors against violence and abuse. We are here to help you and would ask patients to be courteous in their dealings with the members of this practice. We do not feel that it is acceptable for patients to use rude or abusive language or threatening behaviour. All staff are advised to report any such incident and the matter will then be addressed with the patient concerned. In extreme situations this may result in the patient being removed from our list.
